Zeelander, a brand at the top of Dutch yacht building, the Z5 is a design by Cor de Rover that perfectly combines class, timeless design and functionality. Ultimate cruising characteristics and the use of only the best materials with an incredibly high standard of finish make her the Rolls Royce on the water. Of course, the "Baateaux" is indistinguishable from new and equipped with every conceivable option. The current owner has previously sailed a Z44, now happily the Z5 but would like to move to a Z7.

The new price of a Zeelander 5 is currently 3.4 million euros incl. VAT, with a delivery time of over a year.
We have for you an as good as new Z5 with only 200 sailing hours with warranty and you can start enjoying it on board immediately.

Currently she is still in winter storage for her annual maintenance but from April she will be with us in the Admiraliteitshaven in Rotterdam.

Layout

The aft deck is easily accessible through both a side door and the swim platform. Here there is a spacious seating area where with the two separate poufs approximately ten people can be seated comfortably. There are also two tables, two refrigerated drawers and a second steering position. Thanks to the fixed sun and wind screen, there is maximum comfort while sailing and at anchor. If desired, the entire aft deck can be closed off with loose cloths, giving you complete shelter from sun and/or wind.

The large swim platform features two integrated couches with cushions, an outdoor shower and an electric passerelle that can be used as both a walkway to the dock and a swim ladder. A generous sundeck is located on the foredeck.

The salon offers 360-degree visibility, seating for six and is equipped with underfloor heating and a complete kitchenette including dishwasher and drawers with sea-fastening system for crockery. There is a large sliding roof above the steering position and the aft door has a large door and sliding window, making it easy to include the aft deck with the salon. When both are closed, the noise level while cruising is less than 60 decibels. The saloon table is electrically adjustable in height and can be converted into a large lounger, on which television can be watched via the electric TV screen rising from the ceiling.

The helm has two large Garmin displays with all modern navigation and information systems. Thanks to the IPS system, docking is particularly easy. The Dynamic Positioning System (DPS) ensures that the yacht automatically stays in position - ideal at bridges and locks.

Downstairs are two luxurious bedrooms, both with television, a separate bathroom with toilet and a second bathroom with shower. The central hall contains the central control panel, a large refrigerator, a coffee corner and additional closet space. Of course, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ventilation and heating.
