2012 Zeelander Z44 La Koko

The "La Koko" is a pre-owned 2012 Zeelander Z44, now available through IYM.

This Z44 (Hull #014) is finished in the exclusive Rolls Royce Titanium with light gray deck and white seams, an understated yet powerful color scheme that perfectly suits the character of this model.

What really sets this Z44 apart is her complete factory refit at Zeelander in 2025. Following this extensive work, she has remained indoors at the yard and is in exceptional condition.

Work performed during the refit included:
- Completely new painting in Rolls Royce Titanium
- New upholstery and covering
- Overhaul of the Volvo Penta IPS pods
- Various technical and cosmetic updates

As a result, this Z44 presents herself in a condition that is exceptional for a vessel from 2012, absolutely in top condition.

Currently she is still in winter storage (where a viewing is also possible), from Easter she can be viewed at our marina.

We have put this video online to give you an impression, it is a tour of a Z44 by a colleague in the USA. We can tell you that the La Koko is equipped with even more luxury.

Design & Construction

The Z44 was designed by Cor D. Rover and built by Zeelander Yachts. The result is a 44-foot sport cruiser where classic lines and modern technology come together at superyacht level.

The hull is manufactured in core-infused vinylester sandwich construction, reinforced with stringers and transverse bulkheads for maximum rigidity and minimum vibration.

Thanks to Silent Line Group's extensive soundproofing, the Zeelander Z44 is known for its whisper-quiet sailing, one of the brand's most distinctive features.

A distinctive feature of this Z44 is the multifunctional swimming platform in Esthec, which can be folded out into a generous sun deck. This creates additional lying space right on the water.

This solution is not only comfortable during anchoring, but also particularly practical for Mediterranean mooring. When mooring in reverse, the platform offers additional space, stability and a comfortable step from the quay - a great advantage in southern European ports.
