Layout front to back
Forward cabin with two beds in V-shape, toilet with hand shower, lots of closet space and escape hatch.
On starboard side a spacious dining area with U-bench and opposite the galley with sink, induction hob and teak countertop.

Salon with L-bench and original table and chairs by Klaassen, sliding roof with screen.

To stern to port a bathroom with washing machine and entrance to engine room and to starboard a toilet.
Beautiful owner's cabin with large double bed, escape hatch, ample closet space and portholes. Through salon to wheelhouse, also with sliding roof and teak doors to aft deck .

History & maintenance
The Vintage 45 has been stored indoors every winter at Snoek in Drimmelen. In 2024 the entire superstructure was stripped bare and rebuilt in varnish.
New AGM batteries in 2026.

Health is the reason for sale after 20 years of sailing by the current owner.
