The Moonen 72 “Royal Moon” is seriously available for a new owner.
Dutch design and quality. In 2005, she underwent a refit (see specifications) at Moonen, including a completely new stern.

Spacious and bright salon with a modern galley, ideal for extended stays on board. She has been a pleasure to live on for the past ten years, offering great comfort.

Below-Deck Layout: Forward VIP cabin with a double bed, escape hatch, and private bathroom. On the port side, a guest cabin with two single beds and its own bathroom. On the starboard side, a large storage cabinet is located under the stairs leading upstairs. Further aft is a spacious owner’s cabin spanning the entire width of the boat with a 200x200 cm bed, naturally also featuring a private bathroom with shower and toilet.

The wheelhouse features sliding doors on both sides leading to the gangway, which is extremely convenient during maneuvering and docking. There is also a staircase in the wheelhouse leading up to the flybridge. Behind the wheelhouse is the very spacious salon with large windows and sliding doors leading to the aft deck. The vessel is fully equipped with a modern galley, including a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, and microwave. Aft on the starboard side is a staircase leading to the aft cabin, as well as the entrance to the engine room, which has headroom. The renovated stern features a door to the swim platform, a restroom, a cabin with two beds, and a washing machine. There is even a sauna and ample storage space for items such as (electric) bicycles.

In 2021, the hull was painted with two-component paint by Van Den Enden yacht painters.

Complete refit at Moonen in 2005:
Completely new stern with swim platform and large emergency exit. Spacious flybridge with Opacmare hydraulic boat crane and tender (2005), hydraulic mast with a clearance height of 6 meters. New aft compartment configured as a crew or guest cabin. Equipped with a sauna, washing machine, and dryer. Powered by 2x Volvo Penta 228 PK engines, Onan 25 kW generator, hydraulic bow thruster, hydraulic anchor winch, and capstan on the aft deck.

Layout: 3 cabins plus crew cabin, sleeping accommodations for 8 people. Large owner’s cabin, cabins with teak paneling, modern salon, and designer stainless steel kitchen with Miele appliances, including a dishwasher (2005). Large aft deck with teak table.

Navigation: radar, autopilot, Raymarine chartplotter, VDO instruments, VHF, joystick steering.
